At Debater, we are committed to providing a safe environment for all our users. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and the exploitation of minors. We strictly prohibit any content, behavior, or activity that promotes, distributes, or facilitates the abuse or exploitation of children.

Zero Tolerance for CSAM

We take the threat of CSAM extremely seriously. Our platform employs rigorous measures to detect and prevent the dissemination of such material. Any account found to be involved in the distribution or creation of CSAM will be immediately terminated, and all relevant data will be preserved and reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

In-App Reporting

We encourage our community to be the first line of defense in maintaining a safe platform. Debater provides built-in reporting tools that allow users to flag content or user behavior that violates our safety standards.

How to report: Users can select the "Report" option directly within the room or on the user profile to flag suspicious activity or policy violations. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team.

Legal Compliance and Reporting

Debater is committed to complying with all applicable national and international laws regarding the safety of minors.

• Preservation of Data: In cases where illegal activity is suspected, we will preserve relevant data as required by law.
• Cooperation with Authorities: We will proactively report any known or suspected instances of child abuse or exploitation to the relevant regional and national authorities, including but not limited to law enforcement agencies and specialized child safety organizations.
• Cooperation with NGOs: We work to align our practices with established industry standards for the detection and prevention of online child exploitation.
